Early Bird Exhibit Booth
$800 Early Bird Exhibit Booth fee (by 11:59 p.m., Saturday, October 21, 2023) for one booth at the 2023 KAC Annual Conference & Exposition. Exhibit booth fee includes: One 10-ft.x10-ft. booth with 8-ft. high back drapes and 3-ft. high side dividers, one 6-ft. table and two chairs, and up to three full conference registrations. Exhibit fee does not include any special equipment needs. These items must be handled through Henry Helgerson Company, Inc., official drayage firm of the KAC.
Standard Exhibit Booth
$900 Standard Exhibit Booth fee (on/after Sunday, October 22, 2023) for one booth at the 2023 KAC Annual Conference & Exposition.Exhibit booth fee includes: One 10-ft.x10-ft. booth with 8-ft. high back drapes and 3-ft. high side dividers, one 6-ft. table and two chairs, and up to three full conference registrations. Silver Sponsors ONLY Discounted Exhibit Booth
$400 discounted Standard Exhibit Booth Fee for Silver Sponsors ONLY.Exhibit booth fee includes: One 10-ft.x10-ft. booth with 8-ft. high back drapes and 3-ft. high side dividers, one 6-ft. table and two chairs, and up to three full conference registrations. Extra Booth Space for Large Equipment
Extra booth spaces for large equipment. Each booth is 10-ft.x10-ft. Vendor must purchase enough space to accommodate all equipment. Contact Kimberly Qualls at: [email protected] to verify space availability for large equipment.
Booth Representatives: Please list the full names and position titles of the three (3) representatives who will be staffing your booth. Each representative will receive full Conference and Exhibition registration access.
No booth(s) will be held, nor booth selection be open for potential exhibitors without written contract. Exhibitor contract accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment must be included with signed contract. Space will not be held without full payment.
Cancellation Fee: A $100 administrative fee will be assessed for all exhibit booth cancellations. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Friday, October 27, 2023. No telephone cancellations will be accepted.
The exhibitor, on signing the contract for exhibit space, expressly releases the Kansas Association of Counties, and its members and representatives, from any and all claims of injury, loss or damage that may occur to the exhibitor, the exhibitor’s employees, or the exhibitor’s property from any cause whatsoever. The exhibitor also agrees, by signing this contract, to abide by all rules and regulations of the KAC Annual Conference and Exhibition.

Further your organization's reach to conference attendees by advertising in the 2023 KAC Annual Conference & Exposition Program. The printed conference program is distributed to all Kansas County elected officials and staff who register and attend the conference.
Submit ads in PDF, EPS or TIFF format with a print copy of the ad to size. Submission deadline for ads: Monday, October 2, 2023. Advertising space is on a first-come, first-served basis.
